Kelly Estimating is an Australian construction estimating company dedicated to one thing: helping contractors bid better. We don’t build. We don’t operate on sites. What we do and what we do exceptionally well, is prepare professional quantity takeoffs and cost estimates that help builders, subcontractors and developers submit accurate and competitive bids.
Founded in Australia and staffed by credentialed Australian estimators, we understand the local market, the regional cost differences and the demanding timelines that come with Australian construction tendering. We serve contractors across every state from sole traders pricing their first commercial job to established construction firms running dozens of tenders each month.
Our Journey
The Beginning
Kelly Morrison, a Sydney based quantity surveyor with nearly two decades of tier one builder experience, identified a persistent gap in the Australian market: smaller contractors couldn’t afford the accurate estimating resources that large builders took for granted. Kelly Estimating was founded to fix that.
Building the Team
Rather than staying a solo operation, Kelly invested in building a team of credentialed estimators, specialists in residential, commercial, civil and industrial trades.
Each team member was selected for both technical skill and a genuine commitment to accuracy.
Growing Across Australia
From an initial base serving NSW and VIC contractors, Kelly Estimating expanded to serve builders and subcontractors in every Australian state and territory.
Today, we work on projects from the Pilbara to the Sunshine Coast, from Darwin to Hobart.
