I started Kelly Estimating after 18 years of sitting in both seats as an estimator preparing bids and as a contractor watching colleagues lose tenders they should have won simply because their numbers weren’t right.
The problem wasn’t effort. Australian builders and subcontractors work incredibly hard. The problem was time, access and expertise. Proper estimating takes discipline, the right tools and a deep understanding of Australian construction costs and most trades people are too busy building to do it properly.
So I built the company I wished I could have called when I needed it. A dedicated, Australian based estimating team that focuses on one thing only: creating accurate and bid ready takeoffs so contractors can submit with confidence and win more work.
